DoodleDream provides an online service that transforms photographs into coloring book pages using artificial intelligence technology. Users can upload images, which are processed to create printable coloring page versions.

3. User Content and Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the photographs you upload. By uploading content, you grant DoodleDream a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload and use the photographs
• The content does not infringe on any third party's rights
• The content is appropriate and does not contain illegal material
• You have obtained necessary permissions from individuals depicted in photographs

4. Privacy and Data

Uploaded images are processed securely and automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing. We do not store, share, or use your images for any purpose other than providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase and charged in USD.

Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are generally not available once coloring pages have been generated and delivered. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent delivery, please contact us for assistance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or commercially distribute generated coloring pages without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated coloring pages will meet your specific expectations or requirements. Results may vary based on input image quality and content.

8. Limitation of Liability

DoodleDream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
