1. About ColourDoodle

ColourDoodle ("the Service") is operated by Othermynd Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom with a registered office at 5c Milton Road, London SE24 0NL.

The Service allows users to upload photographs and generate black-and-white colouring page outlines using artificial intelligence, and to purchase digital and physical products based on those images.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or make a purchase.

While the colouring pages produced may be suitable for children, accounts and purchases must be made by adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created using email-based magic link authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

• The photographs you upload
• The colouring pages generated from those photographs

By using the Service, you grant ColourDoodle a limited, non-exclusive, temporary licence to process your images solely for:

• Providing the Service
• Generating and delivering your purchased products

We do not:

• Claim ownership of your images
• Use your images for marketing
• Use your images to train AI models
• Display your images publicly

5. AI Processing

Images are processed using third-party AI services (currently Google Gemini).

Processing is private and limited to fulfilling your request.

Generated outputs may vary in quality depending on image content.

We do not guarantee that outputs will meet subjective expectations.

6. Image Storage & Deletion

Uploaded images and generated colouring pages are stored securely to allow you to access and re-download your content.

Content is retained until:

• You delete it, or
• You delete your account

You may request deletion at any time.

7. Purchases & Payments

Prices are shown in GBP.

We are not VAT registered, and VAT is not charged.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Digital products

Delivered immediately upon successful payment.

Non-refundable once delivered, except where:

• Delivery fails due to a technical error
• You are charged incorrectly

Physical products

Fulfilled by third-party printing partners.

Standard UK/EU consumer rights apply to physical goods.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

Nothing limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
